Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Local Delivery

   • If your delivery address is within the specified postcodes in the checkout, you will qualify for FREE local delivery. This includes all areas within the Adelaide Hills region.

   • You will be notified at checkout if your postcode qualifies for free delivery.

2. Custom Shipping & Delivery Options

   • If your postcode does not fall within our free local delivery area, don’t worry! You can still place an order.

   • Custom shipping options are available for customers outside the free delivery zones. If your location is not covered, please contact us directly at info@goldendripapiary.com.au to inquire about alternative shipping and delivery arrangements.

3. Delivery Times

   • For local deliveries, we aim to process and deliver orders within 3-5 business days.

   • For custom shipping, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

4. Order Tracking

   • Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow your order's journey.
